This cottage would suit a smaller family. It has 3 internal rooms plus 3 enclosed verandahs, a decent-sized kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Carport. Horse (or cow) yard with stables/shed for animals. Ducted evaporative airconditioning to most of the house. A wood fire in centre room. Good quality bore water to house and dam water to garden plus a rainwater tank. Was lived in until about April 2011
